Digital product and template licence terms.

1. What you are buying

Products sold through the BSMS Limited template store are downloadable digital files containing professional service-management templates, tools, guidance or related artefacts. The product page describes the main contents of each pack before purchase.

2. Digital delivery

Delivery is electronic. After Stripe confirms successful payment, BSMS Limited creates a protected download entitlement. The purchaser is returned to a secure fulfilment page and, where hosting email delivery is available, receives the download information by email.

For purchases where immediate download is requested, checkout should obtain the purchaser’s express consent to supply the digital content immediately and their acknowledgement of the effect this has on any statutory cancellation right. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Licence

Unless a product states otherwise, purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal use within one purchasing organisation. The files may be edited, branded, adapted and incorporated into that organisation’s service-management system and internal operating documentation.

The purchaser may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish or make the templates available as standalone products, template libraries or competing commercial materials.

4. Consultants and service providers

If a consultancy, contractor or service provider purchases a pack for work performed for a client, the licence applies to the named purchasing organisation unless an alternative licence has been agreed in writing. Contact BSMS Limited where a multi-client or redistribution licence is required.

5. Downloads and access

Download links are security-controlled, time-limited and may be subject to a reasonable download limit. If a legitimate purchaser experiences a technical problem, BSMS Limited can reissue access after order verification.

6. Professional use

The templates are starting points for professional adaptation. They do not replace organisation-specific assessment, governance, legal, regulatory, security or risk advice. Purchasers are responsible for reviewing and tailoring artefacts before operational use.

7. Faulty or inaccessible digital content

If purchased files are corrupted, materially incomplete compared with the product description, or cannot be accessed because of a BSMS Limited delivery fault, contact us so that access can be restored or the issue otherwise remedied in accordance with applicable rights.

8. Price and taxes

The checkout page shows the price payable before purchase. Any applicable tax treatment must be configured correctly before the store is moved from test mode to live trading.
